Product Description

The Aquarius AT1500 FM Transmitter allows you to listen to your tunes through your car stereo whilst keeping your iPod charged and always within reach with the flexible gooseneck stand.

It transmits, charges and holds all iPods and iPhones with a dock connector, so you can wirelessly transmit music from your MP3 player through your car stereo. But... This is not just for iPod's! It also includes a 3.5mm cable that allows you to wirelessly play other mp3 players through the audio in on the underside.

How to use:

  1. Release the arms of the cradle to insert the iPod/iPhone into the cradle
  2. Connect the cradle with the cigarette adaptor
    (NOTE: For best fit, try removing one or both of the plastic spaces from the side of the in-car adapter if at all tight.)
  3. Plug the cigarette adaptor into the car cigarette socket, and then push the on/off button to turn the transmitter on
  4. Set the frequency of this transmitter so it's the same as the frequency on the car FM radio.
    (NOTE: For best results, select a frequency that has the weakest or no signal from a radio station.)
  5. Play music on your iPod/iPhone and it enjoy it with the car stereo system.

Things that work just as intended and straight out of the box are just the devices that I need. And this is one such device. Received, sussed and fitted within 10 minutes. And then I had to take a drive to test it out. Verdict: Excellent, solves a problem allowing me to travel with far too many hours of music to make stopping a remore possibility. Buy one!

The Aquarius AT1500 FM Transmitter & Car Charger is fantastic value. I was concerned that it would not be either robust enough or compatible with different ipod/iphones but it seems to work with everything we have. The Aquarius AT1500 FM Transmitter & Car Charger is very easy to assemble and set up and provides a good quality signal through the radio. I have not used the phone itself through the radio but as an mp3 player and charger its great. The greatest advantage over other transmitters and chargers is the lack of cables hanging all over the place, which is what I has with my old itrip arrangement. I would recommend this to anyone.

The Aquarius AT1500 works well for a simple device and the sound quality is perfectly acceptabe at this price. The tight fit into the car charger socket is actually a benefit as it prevents the unit from working it's way loose. I would recommend this if you want a cost effective solution

The Aquarius AT1500 FM Transmitter &Car Charger which I bought from Memorybits.co.uk is an excellent transmitter, allowing me to listen to my my iPod while driving. It is very simple to use, unbelievably easy, so easy that I could not make it function at the beginning. All you have to do is plug it in the cigarette lighter charger and tune to a frequency. The sound is most of the times loud and clear, occasionally there is some interference, but this is due to the buildings or mountains around the area. I especially like my Aquarius AT 1500 FM Transmitter because firstly , it is charged while playing my tunes, secondly it can receive any iPod and lastly the value for price is extremely reasonable.

I thought that the design of the product is the best I have seen of it's type. The FM transmission and sound quality was very good. The one downside was that it kept turning itself off randomly. It was obviously a fault and as a result as much I would have liked to keep it, it had to be returned. It is a great pity as the product was potentially very good.
