Using tiny colored squares embedded in the Cipher glass, these squares will detect what type of drink is contained therein and spell it out down the side. Great stuff, particularly when the user is at a gathering and wants to know where his drink is, but one would wonder what it would do with regard to mixed drinks or alcoholic beverages.
Still in the concept stage is the Flying Stick that has a camera in the end. This little gem has fins set out like helicopter blades on top. Similar to a child’s toy from some years back, the user merely spins the stick between the palms to give it upward lift. Then the camera takes shots at intervals but from above the subject matter. Good for those who like quirky and unusual photos of themselves or loved ones.
Finally, mobile phones are getting smaller by the day but now scientists have come up with one the size of a pen! Although screen size and camera may be lacking in this set up, just having one handy may make all the difference particularly where thieves or hijackers are possible. Who would think of stealing a pen?
Of course, some people may want one just to be a little James Body like in their day to day activities, and who could blame them?
